By law we have to keep basic information about our customers in order to maintain accurate client record.
If you are over age 18 we legally have to keep your records for a period of 5 years.
If you are under the age of 18, we are required to keep your records until your 25th Birthday (or 26th Birthday if you are aged 17).

In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data if beyond the legally required timescales outlined above.

Your referring private medical insurance company
Your consultant

Your personal data is stored in both paper and electronic format, on forms completed and signed by yourselves. This is stored securely at the Lewesfit address outlined above.
Your personal information is at times taken to your appointments which take place at The Southdown Club (personal training clients) and Beechwood Hall, Cooksbridge (circuits class clients). This is for the purpose of effectively undertaking your training. Your data is closely monitored in this situation and is kept private for its security.
The computer that is used for any data storage is password protected.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Do We Share Your Data?
We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on Our behalf. These may include services connected with any services provided by Us, with which you are engaged, payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. All email marketing automation companies (e.g.. Mailchimp) used by Lewesfit/Katie Weir operate on secure systems and require logins.
The Doctors Laboratory operates on a secure system, requires logins and/or information is delivered via encrypted email.
