I have been going to Katie’s classes for around 5 years and they are the most effective way to keep toned, fit and energised that I have ever tried. Katie fits so much into a single class, it’s the most time efficient way to achieve a complete workout. As a working mum with kids, I find it works perfectly.
Katie’s classes could not suit me better. She pushes you hard but understands your boundaries. She is brilliantly encouraging, enthusiastic and fun, but above all kind. Circuit training is a fantastic way to get fit. No class is ever the same, and no-one is watching you as everyone is too busy concentrating on their own exercise station. I have been to many circuit and fitness classes over the years, but these are some of the best ones that I have attended. Katie checks that you are in a safe position to avoid injury, and makes suggestions tailored to people’s fitness levels and physical limitations. The circuit is different every week and each exercise aims to work more than one muscle group, giving a total body work out. Katie is always cheerful and encouraging, and the music is great.

Katie’s classes are brilliant. I go twice a week and the exercises are well thought out, varied week on week, and with a wide range of equipment. I contacted Katie for both personal training and exercise classes, at a time when I needed to go back to fitness after having my second child. I really enjoyed exercising with her outdoors and her sessions were challenging and enjoyable at the same time. She always adapts the workout according to your needs and makes sure classes are different each time. Katie is good at pushing you in a nice way and always with a smile!! I also appreciated all the nutritional advice she gave me. I can honestly say that I became fitter and healthier very quickly, and I would definitely recommend Katie to anyone who would like to improve their fitness level in a lovely environment.
